This blog is all about life outside the four walls of Covenant University as an Electrical & Electronics Engineering graduate. It involves the hustles and struggles of life on the flight to fame. My prayer for the readers is that we all meet at the TOP. Enjoy!!!

:::InSpIrAtIoN
I am so confused I don't know where to start from. A lot has being going on in my life but a story must always have a beginning and an end... So here it goes. Just today I decided to take a bold step and open my own time capsule to view my expectations for the year 2010, and believe me all has gone in God's own way, there are a few more days to the end of this calender year and I am still expectant of so many miracles, by God's grace my 11th hour miracle is on the way.
Back to the opening of my time capsule, expectation #03: Lord I pray I get to do my NYSC ppa in Chevron or somewhere better. God has everything planned even before we were all created. I prayed for Chevron and He sent me there but I begged Him for a change and in His infinite mercies He granted me another job with Schlumberger oil Nigeria. Anyway getting my request letter and a new reposting letter was kinda a lot of stress but all that is behind me. The job is great and fun but I will not be paid this month talkless of the 13th month salary...lolz armed robber like me please don't mind me ooo I just started work 7th Dec. The good news is that I get double salary in January buhh are you sure I can tarry, I cant dull this xmas ooo even though I just got into the mood today during ma parish's carol service.
Multitasking aint an easy something o, tweeting, bbm and normal life jeez....my life is being overtaken by twitter, I barely have time for myself buhh the good thing is that I have made such a good family rite there that once I don't tweet in a day I feel sick. My fingers are hurting, I believe I have tried and sunday pounded yam is calling me at the moment I will be ✓ back don't you dare leave ur screen.

Barka de Sallah
Anyway back to the main post of the day. Sallah was fun btw, not the first day of sallah though. I had a severe sore throat, couldn't eat anything nor even drink water. I was bed ridden all day...it wasn't a funny experience, I just kept tweeting, watching movies and sleeping, the most painful part was that I couldn't voice out a word, finally had ma first meal of the day at 20:00hours. My voice is coming up now though.
The second day of sallah, you can trust me nau I no fit carry last highest na draw. I was up early, showered and ready to waka in search of ram meat even though it was once a sacrilege for me. My man kola was in ma house early and by midday we started the hunt...first stop was at chevron to drop Ose, then off to Bakky plaza to pick up 90210 and GG from a friend. Next we were in Nicon estate(my dream estate) wish I could remain there for ever, everywhere so quiet and calm, the houses were not fenced, life there must be good I can swear if I used to. It was fun there, ate some str8 from the oven cookies and chocolate cake,chewed resins as in so ewwwwww reminded me of ma sister's baking.....☹ I cant remember the last tym I ate her baking, see what distance can cause.
Next stop was at the Suleiman-Garba's apartment for a great feast. The food toh bad, couldn't spend a lot of time cause I got a text that there is a party happening at shoprite. Some 120km/hr str8 to Chevron to drop the car and then back to the house to freshen up. Chilling in the house mehn no easy, time to leave finally arrived and my friend came to pick me up, str8 to shoprite and we all had to see the movie "TAKERS" the film is mad I will not exaggerate go and see it for yourself. In fact after seeing the movie my crave for a pump-action shotgun has increased, I have to get one someday.
The night couldn't just end that way with seeing only a movie, straight to KFC for food and then straight to Zamunda to chill. The night was crazy some salsa dancing...u go fear moves I was jealous, I was missing ma sweetheart, me wey no fit dance normal dance na salsa I wan learn yu wan make I break my toothpick legz abi. By the way when we got to zamunda, surprise was screamed for the celebrant by all her friends and folks as she walked in. I didn't want to drink or have anything to do with alcohol ( I am on a personal ban for the main time) so I left with my friend straight for Lekki to watch the much awaited Gossip gurl and 90210 series that I had been stabbed of. I committed a severe blunder ☹ , left my sister sleeping in the parlour with her contacts on, now she had to leave the office because of teary eyes...that's how we got to where I am right now GTBank.
Barka de sallah fellas!!! Ơ̴̴̴̴̴̴͡.̮Ơ̴̴͡

d HUSTLE just BEGUN
3am this morning I was up, I am sure some of you have concluded that I was up early because I am meant to resume at my place of primary assignment(ppa). Anyway it aint because of that, campEDE has messed up my sleeping cycle (noticed by Dr Osaje), this has happened 2 consecutive nites I hope today is different though. I tweeted all the way till about 6am when I had to wake up my friend Gbenga who came to spend the night over at my place for morning devotion. I was rushed by him to make breakfast + clean the car + shower. I promised him it wouldn't take 5mins from here to Chevron. By 7.56am we left the house and by 8.01am we were there(that's Reme 4 yu a man of his words)
The journey there was fast, unimaginable the roads were full of corp members obeying the clarion call wearing their khakis, orange boots and caps to their ppa (oversabi who send dem message). I hate the clarion call by the way, under the sun and in the rain(nonsense) because of Clarion ma body don discolor lol. The roads also had many rams fatted and ready for slaughter thank God wednesday I go chop meat die.
You go fear all the corpers wey wan work for chevy, anyway everybody gats chop dat oil money before the oil turn to water. We were 20 in number with 8 of us from the same school, 5 out of the 8 my very own course mates. We were all seated in a conference room gettin to know each, you go fear when one guy from leadcity dey ma room for campEDE and I never saw him, the chief of defence staff Air marshal Petirin son dey der sef from Morgan university, as in sm kind bad connections, there was even a babe that was served conflakes imagine I had to leave ma seat to see who she be why dem no serve others, lo and behold she was from my platoon, we stood side by side when marching on parade, trust me nau nah to dey smile commot from der. Our infos were taken down and they promised to get back to us, I wouldn't mind if they don't take me but I have to be in line with God.
A blink and I was in vi, me and waka waka, actually went to get ☎ accessories and drop some corpers off. Oceanic bank is dead please go and remove your money oo, maybe bcos Cecilia is out only God knows. Queued for about 45mins dem no gree give me money after I had seen my balance...I left the bank for them back to the heart of vi "muri okunola" to see a friend. Thank God I carried all my docs o, I dropped my cv in a private firm. PHCN office was my next stop, Alhaji Kabiru no dey office so I had to chill, it was 30mins of hearing rubbish, those staff dnt do nada other than to gossip. Nah single phase card meter make me reach dis side o buhh na church gossip gist I dey hear. I heard enough it was time to flee from sin *backbiting oti poju* on my way home come and see ramming nau, it looked like it was planned, it happened just on the next lane to me in front of my own eyes. A CRV entered a HILUX twice in a geefy, na break failure though, the front bonnet of the CRV was nothing to write home about.
Home again to get my oceanic withdrawal booklet and off to another branch which the same situation reoccured, had to get to customer care to rectify my account, spent one full hour there because I wanted to withdraw thousands...if it were my billions the branch manager will have been fired for keeping me standing, my dear that time is already here oo. I saw another platoon 3 babe again buh as in how far, na them own dis gidi o, uniben babe she had already gotten acceptance letter whereas Ehi never even do medical God dey sha. Chevy baby I was there after like 30mins of traffic, gidi seems to be worse than I left it 3weeks ago. Home again safe and sound, tried hard to ease off the tension of Oceanic and lekki traffic, I had to chat with someone very close to my heart b4 I could get back my normal state.
It was indeed an eventful day for me,just as there is sunrise there is also sun down. The night crawled in slowly dinner was here and mammy was greatly missed not mammy water o mammy market, the thought of what to eat and the strength to cook were not even helping matters. I have lost my cooking mojo, I have lost my voice as in I am pissed off right now why do mondays just have to be like this...anyway I am coming back stronger and better with a cute bass voice *winks* hahaha tkcr fellas.
S/o to my new proof reader Alidebs I am more than grateful and also to Eky you are always there when I need you.
